Job Description

Objective of the role: Increase the brand awareness of company, Market and competitors research, Manage campaigns, explore new markets, increase company share on current market. List of responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives - Developing and managing advertising campaigns - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and making recommendations to management. - Monitoring, reviewing and reporting out on all marketing activity and results and upcoming projects - Collecting data on competitors and analyzing their products, and method of marketing - Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors’ action in order to market and product development - Research and identify potential customers for products or services. Reporting to: CEO. Subordinates: 2 digital marketers, 1 offline marketer and 1 graphic designer. Length of Probation Period: 1 month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 - 18:00. Travel requirements: once or twice in a year outside the country. Bonus & Benefits: End of year profit share based on position and performance.

Requirements

- At least five years of experience in related fields. - MBA/DBA/Management related fields education. - English skills: intermediate or upper. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - Proven leadership and ability to drive marketing team. - Problem solver / self-motivated. - Ideal Age: 25-40 years old.
