Requirements
● Education: At least Bachelor's degree in IT and other related fields.
● Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
● Extensive PowerShell skills including development of ground-up scripting across Exchange, Active Directory, and other Microsoft 365 services.
● Experience in resolving high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
● Conceptual and analytical skills.
● leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
● Detail-oriented.
● Fluent in English.
