Job Description

● Responsible for establishing and supporting the Exchange Online and archive environment. ● Administration, implementation, and maintenance of current and new Microsoft 365 cloud services. ● Proactively perform maintenance activities, while deploying and documenting technical solutions. ● Manage exchange on-premise, exchange Hybrid and online (O365) platforms, and troubleshooting. ● Support issues related to the migration of users and applications across exchange platforms. ● Azure Active Directory (AAD) Administration. ● Support escalated incidents and changes that need L3/L4 intervention.

Requirements

● Education: At least Bachelor's degree in IT and other related fields. ● Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. ● Extensive PowerShell skills including development of ground-up scripting across Exchange, Active Directory, and other Microsoft 365 services. ● Experience in resolving high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk. ● Conceptual and analytical skills. ● leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills. ● Detail-oriented. ● Fluent in English.
