Job Description

- Following microbiological principles to be implemented regarding to safety, hygiene, quality and environment against to the facts which are happening in the factory. - Collecting samples from a variety of locations - Preparing culture media, solutions following the internal laboratory control protocols - Doing microbiological tests of raw materials, during the process and final product - Doing microbiological of water and equipment and perform environmental monitoring - Preparing, reviewing and implementing all relevant standard microbiological procedures according to internal, national and international standards - Ensuring good laboratory principles (GLP) in the microbiological lab such as calibration of related equipment - Reporting non-conformities and perform root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions

Requirements

- BSc/ MSc in Food Science & Technology / Microbiology - Min 3 years of experience if MSc and Min 5 years if BSc in food industries preferably in cereal Technology - Ability to recognize the reason of each needed Microbiology test and to analyse the results - Ability to use Microbiology knowledge in practice for improving the personel hygiene and line sanitation - Good GLP Knowledge - Good ISO 17025 Knowledge - Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 standards - Familiar with Calibration Process - Good communication and team work skills - Good computer skills including ICDL
