Job Description

- Developing scientific medical content for all promotional marketing communication like LBS/Posters/Visual Aid/PEL/Info graphic/Media/Email marketing /roll up /banners etc. - Interfacing with Dr/Pharmacies on a regular basis to improve & understand the market needs for improvising content of communication - Preparing product presentation for Field force staff training / CME/Morning meetings. - Delivering scientific lecture to Doctors & Pharmacy at CME/Morning /Launch meets. - Training Field force & new recruit on product knowledge. - Trouble shooting the queries related to product form Reps/Drs/Pharmacies/Customer via email/SMS or telemarketing. - Work closely with marketing department for positioning of product & segmentation - Closely working with regulatory department for understanding local regulatory limitations for print materials as per Islamic republic of Iran law. - Designing / executing Post marketing surveillance studies / product researches. - Coordinating with Head Office & head of research centers, association & developing a panel of KOL doctors for company. - A mandatory field work of 8-10 days per week has to be fulfilled in coordination with NSM

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of drug development and marketing concepts - Excellent Training skills - Excellent Leadership skills - Negotiation skills - Proactive - Excellent communication skills - Team Work Skills - Excellent knowledge of English, understating, speaking, writing - Searching and marketing survey skills - Experience of working in pharmaceutical companies in related medical positions for at least 4 years - Physicians, Bachelor of pharma, chemistry PHD, Biology PHD and all educated in related majors are invited for interview
