Job Description

The objective of the Role: The Medical Value Partner will bring expertise, science, and knowledge to the affiliate and the Ecosystem Partners, enabling them to connect to Roche’s capabilities and co-create meaningful solutions. List of Responsibilities: ● Scientific and medical support to the affiliate: ● Support the ecosystem partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. ● Ensure adequate content knowledge level for key internal stakeholders. ● Train where applicable, Teams on RWD solutions that are relevant to their disease area. ● Provide medical governance support to ensure compliance for promotional/non-promotional activities. MI accountable: ● Communicate global and regionally relevant information to MI responsible(s) in the country, ensuring communication and collaboration with regional and global MI. ● Identify country-specific business needs and computerized system improvements and share them with regional/global MI. ● Ensure the distribution of relevant MI reports. ● Ensure all MI responsible(s) in the affiliates are trained adequately on MI processes and medical computerized systems, including onboarding training for newcomers. ● Follow quality-related MI accountable responsibilities described in the medical information minimum standards. ● Facilitate MI Inspection readiness in the affiliate. ● Ensure reconciliations processes with local drug safety and local quality are in place. IHCP affiliate contact: ● SPOC for the IHCP system. ● Approver for any international engagement for Iran's local HCPS. ● Pipeline product strategic support. ● Providing insight and recommended actions linking to the highest value propositions (VPs) for the affiliate pipeline products and/or new indications. ● Actively engage with a diversity of stakeholders (Internal and external) to support, inform and shape the ecosystem for new therapeutic areas. ● Act as “custodian” of data and evidence (in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders) to ensure credible communication of the value of Roche's propositions. ● Deliver relevant content/ ensure content accuracy of core documents, e.g., API, Regulatory documents. Affiliate RWD lead: ● Leverage external and internal stakeholder inputs/partner with key stakeholders to identify data generation Gaps. ● Support and coordinate all clinical programs (including clinical studies and the Preapproval access program).

Requirements

University Qualifications: ● Master's degree or a Ph.D. in MD. Specialist knowledge: Established knowledge base/skillset in: ● Data generation (clinical trials; IIS, RWE programs). ● Data literacy (translation of data sets into value and outcomes-based communication platforms). ● Generation of med info content (FAQs, Standard Responses, etc.). ● Medical education program content generation and program management. ● Working knowledge of PHC. ● Ability to work with complex information and multiple information sources with the aim of synthesizing this into findings and conclusions. ● Knowledge of Agile methodologies (design thinking, scrum, etc.). ● Project management skills. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Strategic thinking; able to identify opportunities beyond the product/big picture thinker. ● Ability to forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and strategic partnerships with TAEs. ● High sense of ownership and commitment with a strong accountability mindset. ● Desire and ability to work in an atmosphere of trust and transparency. ● Composure and resilience under pressure. ● Being ADAPTABLE; embrace curiosity and change.
