Job Description
● Being fully compliant with Danone’ global and local BMS policies (e.g. promote breastfeeding as the best nutrition for all infants and babies, not performing educational functions in relation to pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children).
● Achieve business objectives/targets and expand Market Share and Sales (vs. competitors, while fully aligned with WHO & Local Codes and Regulations) in a defined geographical area by implementing the medical strategy through the Medical team.
● Ensure frequent visits (SPV herself/ him self to visit regularly) of the current and future KOL’s in all areas to maintain and develop professional relationship & improve the advocacy level to support our Brands in the market to leverage brand recommendation.
● Liaise with and build professional relationship with key contacts of the main medical, health and nutritional bodies to facilitate regulatory policy lobbying;
● Implement an efficient program to ensure the achievement of the targeted sales forecast within own territory.
● Recommend and optimize A&P budget allocated for contacts in terms of samples, presentations, seminars and professional talks aligned with line manager.
