Job Description

In this position you promote and sell our products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, and/or list of customers’ accounts. • Compliance with Novo Nordisk principles and internal legal laws and to defend company interests. Nevertheless, as a requirement of the business ethics; to defend the confidentiality of companies as well as the patients’ secrets, business plans, ideas and strategies against third parties • 4-8 weeks of the year can be required to be performed internal mission/abroad • Maintains a classified list of customers (Physicians, Hospitals, etc.) to be revised quarterly. • Prepares a monthly schedule (visit plan) that covers territories in a productive manner • Promotes the products to the targeted group with efficiency making sure that the physician gets a full idea of the detailed product. • Build effective relationships with assigned customers and influence decision of customers • Report of customer complaints and adverse events according to NN procedure

Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s degree, preferably medical related education • Min. 1 year and preferably in pharmaceutical industry – sales knowledge is a preference • Product Knowledge and understanding of the market • Great communications skills, team player, customer centric, and result oriented • Good business understanding and innovating in a Changing Environment • IT skills (Excel, word and PowerPoint) • English/Farsi language About the department Novo Nordisk is a world leader healthcare company in diabetes care, having the broadest diabetes product portfolio in the industry, including the most advanced products within the area of insulin delivery systems and other chronical diseases.
