Job Description

•Main Objective: An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Representative Neurology in Iran, who will be responsible for presenting the company's drugs, products and services to prescribing doctors and medical personnel in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives. It is also accountable for creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to generate a sustainable current and future sales pipeline. •Main Responsibilities: -Solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and technical experience in own discipline with a moderate level of guidance -Analyzes factual information and possible solutions and makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations -Understands how the team integrates with other teams in order to achieve overall objectives of the area and builds knowledge of the organization, processes, customers and key business drivers -Responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives in a specific territory, for product line(s) or account(s) -Contacts and visits exclusively medical specialists in hospitals and other clinical institutions and ensures highest level of customer service -The highly competitive environment requires consulting and sales skills in addition to comprehensive knowledge of products and market


-Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Representative within the Neurology therapeutic area (preferred) in Iran within a multinational pharmaceutical environment -Proven record of building effective customer relationships with senior stakeholders in the Healthcare & Pharma sector in the Neurology therapeutic area -Proven record of meeting sales targets in the Neurology therapeutic area -Capability of communication at various level of management -Pro-activity and self-motivation -Understand and adhere to the corporate policies and procedures -High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross functionally -Business oriented thinking & apparent business acumen -Excellent English language skills written and spoken
