Job Description
• Responsible of promotion and sales of products for goals
• Responsible of updating product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation
• Try continuously improve our performance pro-active player in optimizing processes and improving the quality level
• Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area
• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff; building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
• Maintain a high level of commitment with KOL
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables for reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales
• Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
• Reporting positive and negative feedbacks of the physicians to the marketing and scientific departments
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
