Job Description

- Arranging appointments with company's client (doctors, pharmacists) in Tehran and other cities -organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff; building and maintaining positive working relationship with medical staff and supporting administrative staff - keeping detailed records of all contact - Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables for reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets - Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings; - Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the medical advisory team of the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations - Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products - Reporting positive and negative feed backs of the physicians to the marketing and scientific departments - Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments - Keep up to date with new developments - Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback - Build and maintain relationships with colleagues - Share knowledge with other team members - Work as part of a team to reach common goals - Develop good relationships with key opinion leaders - Help realize the full medical value of prescription drugs - Help guide the strategic direction in therapeutic areas - Gather clear content from the wealth of scientific data - Answer medical questions concerning products - Help marketing and sales force drive the business

Requirements

- relevant university degree - Having over two years experience in the pharmaceutical industry - Enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative , Good moral, meticulous, Pay attention to details - Excellent communication , presentation skills and negotiation skill - Energetic, self-motivated with a good team work spirit - Being able to travel within the country and abroad - Ideal Age: 23 - 35
