Job Description

- Meets or exceeds agreed targets within defined territories through effective field visits in Tehran and provinces, with proper pre-planning and call frequency, call continuity and effective post call reporting - Prepare timely planning, feedback and sales documentation/sales reporting to the supervisors/managers as per request and prior agreement so as to ensure optimum territory coverage - Continuously updates customer segmentation and database information in given territories - Does better than competition, has deep market insight, gives regular field feedback relied on his/her competitive intelligence - Updates competitor landscape considering all aspect (Price, availability, field activities, etc.) on a regular basis - Contribution & participation in congresses and also internal & external meetings - Pushes self & others for results and supports implementation of marketing & sales strategies while staying in bounds of ethical and legal standards Customer Centric/ Quality Focus - Assigns highest priority to customer satisfaction - Listens to customer & creates solutions for unmet customer needs - Establishes effective relationships with customers and gains their trust & respect with professionalism and knowledgeable skillful approaches Innovative & Creative - Comes up with new & unique ideas in the field, group activities, etc. - Challenges “status-quo”: does not settle for the first right idea - Makes new connection work by seeing relationships between seemingly disconnected elements, synthesizes odd combinations Competent - Establishes clear directions and sets stretch objectives for him/herself in agreed territories - Aligns and energizes associates behind common objectives - Respects Values & Behaviors. Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree educate in relevant discipline - Proven, successful selling track record, minimum 1-3 years in pharma environment - Knowledge of pharma industry and its changing environment and nature. - Demonstrable high achiever in same or other relevant fields - Previous experience and developed relationships with Thought Leaders and Stakeholders - Professional Qualifications: team-work spirit, good interpersonal relationship with respect to hierarchy - Acceptable Values and behavior, energetic, innovative and creative, problem-solving attitude, Stress management, - Ability to travel within the country, flexibility in working hours, work conditions, travels, etc.) - Good command of English - Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office) - Has functional & technical knowledge & skills to successfully perform the role - Has a strong will to win
