Job Description
- Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists;
- Regular visits of doctors / pharmacies to monitor products availability; (10Drs and 8Phs on daily basis)
- Manages sales promotion of assigned products;
- Maintains a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question regarding the products;
- Expected to increase sales to the maximum and maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area;
- Solves any issue with doctors and pharmacists within the assigned area;
- Surveys market demands and reports to the company;
- Inspects doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability;
- Participates in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs
- Prepares detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities;
- Deals with opinion leaders and gets market feedback;
- Solves any problem with doctors and pharmacists within her/his area;
- Identifies business opportunities within the respective area;
- Showing high cooperation to reach marketing plans in market as qualified as possible.
- Achieve targeted (75%) coverage of assigned area of Doctors and Pharmacies.
- Identifies business opportunities within the respective area;
Reporting to: District sales manager, HR manager.
Subordinates: sales representative, pharma representative.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: 6-8 hours a day.
