Job Description

Promoting company products within a designated sales region, in line with company policies and strategies Developing methods and procedures for increasing product awareness and usage Monitoring competitor activities and reporting on market, trade and customer activities Serving as a key communication link between the company and health-care professionals Staying informed of new promotional materials and scientific articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, and keeping detailed records of all contacts Frequent visits of hospitals & pharmacies to monitor product availability and flow Achieving group-based and individual sales targets Planning work schedules and weekly/monthly timetables Preparing call reports, activity reports and market reports on a regular basis Participating in local medical workshops, conferences, congresses and conventions Reporting To: Divisional Sales & Marketing Manager Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Probationary Period: 3 months Working Hours: Sat - Thurs (subject to company policies) Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the country .

Requirements

University Qualifications: University Graduate; preferably in Science or related fields Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of marketing medical products Specialist Knowledge: Knowledge of principles, methods and tactics for promoting and selling products and services Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office applications Language Skills: Good command of English Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive and motivated; supportive team player Current Residence: Tehran
