Job Description

• Works out the plan for his/her own activities together with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager. Defines the territories for Company`s activities in the region of his/her responsibility; • Bears responsibility for completion of monthly, quarterly and annual targets in his/her territory; • Is responsible for correct categorization of doctors and pharmacies according to the required criteria; • Announces and supports marketing events and presentations; • Provides regular reporting on work done, data base on doctors, hospitals, pharmacies) and effectively uses these in everyday work to increase his/her own effectiveness; • Pays special attention to planning and reporting, provides a plan for the next week every first day of week. • Bears personal responsibility for all the work documentation, its regular update and safety; • Fills in the data via synchronization with CRM on Daily Basis (Maris Software). • Fulfills the plan of 9 visits to doctors and 3 visits to pharmacies per Working day • Regular visits of doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement • Manage sales promotion of assigned products • Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback • Solves any problems with Doctors and pharmacists within his area • Prospects and qualifies new customers
