Job Description

- Responsible for exhibiting good leadership attributes to motivate the team towards optimal performance - Responsibility for training and coaching of the medical team - Responsible for coordination and participation at medical conferences though Solico Kalleh platform, liaise with Medical Advisor for providing resources for implementation of scientific activities also building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff - Responsible of promotion of medical products and Reach the sales team's targets - Planning and implementation of medical detailing activities in order to develop specific product sales - Support individuals and encourage medical representative team to introduce or buy related product - Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff - Assist medical Advisors in identifying and developing contact with KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) for respective activities - Reviewing reports and other documents related to Product specifications and medical - Monitor market conditions and sales trends - Update on area plans, review performance and facilitate discussions - Respond team & customer’s questions about products - Study documentation or other information for new scientific or technical products - Take part sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, regulations, or industry developments
