Job Description

The mission of the Medical Marketing Supervisor at Zarrin is to ensure quality standards of our medical team, collaborates with team members to ensure targets and drive performance metric claim quality and implement corrective action plans identified for areas of controls. Your core responsibilities would consist of the below list: - Professional promotion of assigned products. - Assess individual and team performance on a regular basis and provide developmental feedback. - Ensures completion of consumer care requirements by scheduling and assigning medical representative team members and following up on work results. - Lead and Inspire team through open communication and transparency to ensure high quality and maximize the consumer experience in the territory. - Arrangement visits of Doctors and pharmacies and point of sales. - Build strong relations with Key opinion leaders and making an influence on the market. - Monitors competitors' activities and the availability of their products. - Reporting visits feedback of the field to the manager.

Requirements

- At least a bachelor's degree in Medical, Laboratory Science, Nursing, or other related fields. - At least 3 years' experience in the medical marketing area. - Familiar with the activation or promotion of FMCG brands. - Advanced skills in Microsoft office. - Ability to handle field objections (Doctors, Pharmacies, and Hospitals) - Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels within the company, both written and verbal. - Ability to conduct research and effectively analyze data - Ability to identify and develop improved processes and procedures - Detailed oriented, organized with strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and negotiating skills - Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment - Fluent In English.
