Job Description

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring application alarms and take appropriate actions • Backup: Backing up and archiving procedures; operations and administration • Reprocessing: Analyzing rejected data; updating lookup tables and reprocessing files • Configuration: Upgrade or cut-over procedure consisting of checking test sheets, defining and configuring nodes • Running maintenance routine tasks and generating related reports • Getting new requirements from Business units and implement and deliver them to requester with/without 3erd level support.

Requirements

BSc or master's degree in computer/IT science. At least 2 years of experience in IT or Telecom. Introduction to unix based operating systems Introduction to Scripting Languages (Intermediate) Programming experience with C or Java (intermediate) Familiarity with oracle databases Introduction to 3G and 4G communication network Reading, writing and speaking English (average) Experience working with MS office Motivated, flexible, learner Strong behavioral and communication skills
