- Holing weekly and monthly meetings and make decisions on importance - Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget - Responsible for all kinds of work which should be done in company such as production planning, making product, supplying required materials and issues - Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all statutory regulations - To update the daily plant operation to the management - To ensure the proper distribution of week - To maintain the discipline in the factory premises - To assess the employees performance - Capacity and product portfolio planning - Manufacturing efficiency & achievement - Now product development support and product transfer support - Project management support - Planning and organizing production schedules - Assessing project and resource requirements - Job location: Jade makhsous karaj –Tehran
