Job Description
Objective of the role: We are going to begin installation process of machinery related to production (such as product assembly machines, packaging machines, plastic injection machines, chillers etc) in our factory in ShamsAbad Industrial City (near Imam Khomeini Airport) and we have a vacancy for a professional and well-experienced mechanical engineer and supervisor who is to capable to handle technical issues related to installing and managing above-mentioned machines and carry out maintenance and supervision procedures after the installation is done..
List of responsibilities:
- Work in team to start and manage the installation process of machinery
- Supervise technical issues related to all production-related machinery (such as product assembly machines, packaging machines and plastic injection machines)
- Draw 3D layout of the machinery (via AutoCAD and other software) or implement layouts of machinery and place the machinery according to pre-designed layouts.
- Supervise and manage the efficiency and quality of production-related machinery after installation
- Manage machinery trouble-shooting process in case of their failure or halt
- Learning technicalities of the machinery hand train the operators to work with each machine independently .
Reporting to: Project Manager.
Subordinates: Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: 8:00-17:00.
Travel requirements: Yes, maybe once in two month at most.
