Job Description
● Standard reporting and preparation of presentations and meeting minutes on request of management.
● Prepare and organize business meetings, visits, and workshops.
● Liaison between the external or internal executives, managers, business partners, and (VIP) guests.
● Event management for foreign delegation visits, internal meetings, senior management meetings, etc.
● Plan and maintain calendar: schedule and fix meetings, manage and coordinate travels, visits, etc.
● Independently carrying out all necessary organizational tasks, telephone conversations.
● Organize domestic and overseas business travels for MD including filling out the required docs, keeping the record of petty cash, and on-time delivering for settlement.
