Job Description
The job holder is responsible for ensuring that the right quantities of materials arrive at the factory at the right time within the accepted cost parameters.
● Cooperate with the team in all areas such as planning, ordering, and stock. management, and OTIF shipments in building a true culture of SC excellence
● Manage local and external suppliers.
● Create weekly POs, share with suppliers, gather confirmations for POs, checking if they are okay.
● Ensure weekly down payments are requested on time and properly.
● Check daily imported materials customs clearance sequence with customs clearance team according to requirements.
● Support W/off cost calculations with both unique and non-unique materials.
● Prepare OTIF reports and sharing with direct procurement.
● Prepare monthly obsolete stocks report.
● Follow up on sanctions compliance for any new material.
● Establish robust MRP planning and make sure all orders for material and CRT are planned accordingly.
