-Updating weekly MRP Result bottleneck to related parties [Production Planner]
-Creating weekly PO's, sharing to suppliers, gathering confirmations for PO's, checking if they're OK. Also dealing Open PO's, combining containers according to fulfillment aim and priorities.
-Ensuring weekly down payments requested on time and properly, in order to not to have customs clearance issues after material arrivals.
-Checking daily imported materials Customs Clearance sequence with customs clearance team according to requirements.
-Sending forecast data to required suppliers monthly or when needed.
-Checking Spot Orders with the team; seeking for possibilities to produce with alternative scenarios. Proposing successors can be used as alternatives.
-Giving best possibilities for material transitions [whether requested from other Dept. such as Product Development] & successor usage as alternative [might be a shortage action] following up them. Supporting these by checking with where the stock is held, requesting SF counts if necessary.
-Preparing/Supporting W/off cost calculations with both unique and non-unique materials.
-Checking material hold quantities if they'll jeopardize production together with showing attention into shelf lives when ordering them.
-Supporting Direct Procurement during Supplier's Visits such as mentioning issues had before, informing the current status and the OTIF data causes. Escalating price issues into Direct Procurement, ensure correction in order to get the payment done on time.
-Opening Sales Order's such as claims from suppliers
-Preparing quarterly EOQ calculation and sharing with Finance Dept. Update fix order lot sizes for all related materials.
-Checking all cycle counts in the system at the end of months and if necessary contacting with SMD about the reasons of all materials which cause material shortages.
-Sending Open PO to related suppliers to get confirmation weekly based or as and when required.
-Checking material availability and informing production planners.
-Preparing monthly obsolete stocks report.
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant fields (Industrial engineering, etc. )
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply chain Management
- General Skills:
Fluent English knowledge for both written and verbal.
Communication (written and verbal) and Inter-personal skills
