Forecast and Schedule and the right volumes of materials, goods and products inbound to the business from its supply chain companies.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production as well as sales demands.
Ensure material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs
Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet forecast plan.
Confer with vendors to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Compile information, such as market demand, production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used or customer information so that status reports can be completed.
Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.

Academic field of study: BSc in industrial engineering or industrial management, MSc is a plus.
Minimum 5 years related experience.
