Job Description

-Supervise all marketing affairs -Prepare marketing reports -Track the performance of the team -Supervise and control costs -Manage and track emails -Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback -Communicate closely with all departments -Provide marketing reports and annual budgeting -Develop and improve the marketing system and reduce the risk of collecting claims -Compilation and analysis of annual goals by implementing Marketing strategies and monitoring trends and outcomes -Interview and participate in the selection of the team applicants -Monitor, analyze and forecast marketing initiatives every month and quarter -Participate in trade fairs and other relevant events -According to the already defined strategy, set annual targets, and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives -Review achievements vs. target and define the area of focus for each quarter for the marketing team -Holistic supervision of the marketing and communication activities of all Vista Best business units

Requirements

-Master's Degree (preferably an MBA in Marketing) in Management from a reputable university -Over 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing Supervisor -Domination of creative and critical thinking skills -Analytical approach to work -Mastery of technical marketing team structures -Problem solving Ability -Time management -Advanced in MS Office (Specially Excel and PowerPoint) -Strong communication skills, honest, and hard worker -Results oriented -Having internal and international educational records related to Marketing -Reliable and trustworthy in keeping the Organizational secrets -Highly skilled in negotiations -Statistical analysis and planning in the field of marketing -Multiple managerial skills -Advanced in English -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40 -Based in Tehran
