Job Description

Responsibilities:  Create, plan and execute marketing strategy programs and business plan to reach the target market through appropriate channels.  Develop marketing strategies for specific proposed projects.  Recommendations to senior management team for the optimum business plan.  Research industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results, and other data related to the company products and services and proposed best potential projects for the company.  Analyses details of competitor offerings, including specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials.  Helps come up with new product and service offerings to increase shares in new or existing markets.  Tracks sales and feedback and adjusts marketing strategies as necessary.  Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going maintenance/construction potential projects.  Provides written documents and verbal presentations for each client and specific projects.  Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.  Face to face negotiations with clients and constant follow ups.  Follow ups all related issues of company in middle east from banking to submission of tenders.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is preferred). - Nature and length of previous experience: at least more than 5 years' experience in Business Development and marketing (Power Industry experience is preferred). - Foreign Languages: Native or Fluent in Arabic. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, Professional in Negotiation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
