Job Description

- Bring ideas for the organization in the marketing and business development fields - Make a strategic and practical path for the organization which leads to entering new business areas. - Make new leads and follow them to widen the spectrum of the customers - Deal with new and old customers - Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. - Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences and needs to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand - Conduct research on customer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. - Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. - Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. - Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. - Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing. - Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature. - Measure and assess customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs. - Developing and performing social marketing plan - Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports - Prepare reports and present results to clients and management - Use Statistical Software to Analyze Data - Translate Insights into Actions to Support Company Initiatives - Coordinating and handling all international commercial and relation affairs - Coordinating with advertisement and advanced familiarity with different advertising media - Being responsible for assigned marketing activities, including marketing campaigns, seminars and exhibitions


- Bachelor / Master of Science in business, marketing or commercial Management and MBA in marketing - At least 1 to 3 years related experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development - Familiarity with finance and investment industry - Good written and verbal command of English language (Fluent) - Proficient in Customer relationship management CRM software - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook - Advanced Negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and team-work skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. - Knowledge of principles and methods of marketing and branding strategies and tactics, customer needs assessment, evaluation of customer satisfaction
