Job Description

Purpose of the job: •Coordinate BAT Pars annual planning process & monthly operational planning meeting •Facilitate the execution and ongoing development of Trade & Brand programs •Increasing effectiveness and efficiency •Facilitate the cycle Plan meetings, implementing and improving ways of working •Ensure availability of information to support the marketing planning processes. Main Responsibilities: •Assess data and generate insights on market trends and dynamics •To coordinate the full implementation of the end market cycle meeting Process in BAT Pars •Prepare all the inputs to end market cycle meetings on time in full and provide appropriate level of support and information as required •Contribute in developing and implementing clear plan to improve forecast accuracy and planning process •Fully evaluate and assess current EMF process and develop plan to address key issues •Drive & actively contribute to cycle meetings •Prepare and share all pre-reads and post meeting materials for cycle meetings •Assist Strategic Planning & Insight Manager to integrate Strategic and Operational marketing plans of all functions. •Support Strategic Planning & Insight Manager in the alignment of End Market roll-out programs with Area objectives, prioritizing and ensuring feasibility of programs.

Requirements

o MUST be Fluent in English o University Bachelor Degree o 2-years work experience in statistical data analysis, marketing research & information is desirable o Perfect excel skills o Competitor analysis o Forecasting techniques o Quantitative and qualitative analysis
