Job Description

● Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products to develop brand identity. ● Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience. ● Create marketing strategies to launch and market new products. ● Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations. ● Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals. ● Conduct internal and warehouse marketing. ● Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI. ● Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction. ● Forecast market trends. ● Research the market to identify new opportunities. ● Develop new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans. ● Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity. ● Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy e.g. sustainability. ● Provide analysis and recommendations to the sales, international development, and sustainability teams. ● Use of marketing tools to enhance performance and inform strategy such as data analysis, SWOT, SEO and CRO, etc. Benefits: ● Supplementary health insurance. ● Bonus dependent on the performance. ● Working in an office with the possibility of working remotely upon request.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, and/or in a similar role. ● Creative thinker and data-driven. ● Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail. ● In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems. ● Outstanding organizational and time management skills. ● Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills. ● Great leadership skills. ● Knowledge of the country’s socio-cultural and environmental background. ● Able to conduct market visits across the country. ● Active, flexible, and positive: able to work in different contexts with highly different types of people. ● English proficiency is required (reporting and communication). ● Experience in FMCG is strongly encouraged. ● Teamwork: cooperative, objective, open to criticism, and ready to work in a constructive environment. ● Clear and concise communication. ● Respectful of NL code of conduct and community agreements.
