● Conduct internal and warehouse marketing.
● Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
● Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
● Forecast market trends.
● Research the market to identify new opportunities.
● Develop new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects and marketing plans.
● Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
● Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy e.g. sustainability.
● Provide analysis and recommendations to the sales, international development, and sustainability teams.
● Use of marketing tools to enhance performance and inform strategy such as data analysis, SWOT, SEO and CRO, etc.
