Job Description
● Design marketing plan and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s objectives and prepare related KPIs for the team to achieve goals and targets in the field of Marketing.
● Translate strategic Marketing plans into tactical plans, including; content, campaigns, promotions, media, etc.
● Drive the marketing planning process for brands that are handled in the company.
● Manage all marketing initiatives across the company as well as in the related department.
● Design and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions.
● Lead new product launching strategy and plan.
● Design the structure and oversee the company’s marketing budget.
● Lead promotion strategy and planning for retailers and wholesalers.
● Manage and improve lead generation campaigns including; measuring the results.
● Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
● Implement offline or online marketing campaigns.
● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication plans.
● Work closely with design agencies and other third parties in different fields of outsourcing.
● Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
● Lead marketing communication strategy including social media, events and sponsorship, advertising, and development of marketing material, etc.
