Job Description
Our company is looking for a full-time "Marketing Manager" with the following role description:
● Analytical thinking, and be able to measure the possibilities and effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting.
● Thinking about a national TV campaign, where viewers across the nation see the same advert aired across the various networks.
● Following negotiations, finalizing ATL, BTL campaign, and signing contracts.
● Arranging all marketing activities for launch preparation.
● Observing competitor’s behavior.
● Control marketing costs in the related project and report costs and results on a weekly basis.
● Communicate effectively between HQ teams and local experts, coming up with ideas, and get the tasks done before their deadlines.
● Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
● Set the "Annual & Quarterly Marketing Plan", formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, including ATL and BTL, and policies to promote products and services.
● Short / Long term sales forecast and able to increase sales Volume by smart promotions
● Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
● Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
● Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
● Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
● Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
● Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
● Pro-actively anticipate competitor activities.
● Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys .
● Implement trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objectives.
