Job Description

At Snapp Fintech, we are going to disrupt the financial industry in Iran and rebuild the concept of financial services for the digital world customers. We have the best talents in tech, product, and business areas and have been developing top-notch products. We are now looking to add a talented, creative, and experienced marketing manager to build our marketing team in order to market our world-class products and services. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Your main responsibilities will be: - Building an agile and effective marketing team - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising - Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience - Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints - Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

- Master's/Ph.D. degree in Management, MBA - More than 3 years of experience in the related field - Proven working experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Solid knowledge of mobile app and website analytics tools - Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement - Ability to set up and manage a team
