Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for our newly launched products”AVITA Dental Implant System” product portfolio in our local and international market territory. Along with your team counterparts, you position the product, price and offer strategies through a most successful way by providing professional promotion including scientific and top-class advertising content; moreover, organizing marketing events, meetings, sessions, participating in various dental trade fairs, congress, and managing Digital Marketing are also expected. You need to be thoroughly familiar with the area of activity, local market criteria, competitors, and implant marketing trends, so that you are capable of developing concepts to optimize our campaigns, marketing measures and influence our product portfolio. Key Success Factors World‐class attitude, well-qualified science & knowledge, excellent analytical thinking, smart strategic planning, strong negotiation capability, warm communication, and great energy are the key factors to derive conclusions and actions to succeed in this role. • Responsible for customer acquisition and value creation across our markets. • Develop and initiate Go‐to‐Market for a new Product launch in coordination with Sales and Accounting departments. • Proactive project management of all relevant activities in your product families. • Manage activities within the marketing channel to adjust messaging on key touch points. • Comprehensive and detailed analyses of product performance to report progress and derive actions. • Close collaboration with our project team to adjust implementation of all marketing forces • If targets are not achieved you immediately suggest necessary actions to meet the targets and organize the respective binding agreements • Ready to relocate and travel to different provinces • Effective relation with the sale, accounting, production, and regulatory departments

Requirements

We appreciate You have an education degree such as in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Medical Science as well as accomplishment of several years professional experience in the field of Dental/Medical Marketing, Product Management, Business Development. You have a sound understanding of building and leading marketing campaigns including attractive sales offers. • You are enthusiastic about working with facts and figures and you easily identify quantitative coherences. • It is easy for you to persuade and convince others of your ideas. You are very confident and you have excellent communication and presentation skills. • You are very curious, creative, hands‐on and extrovert and interested in working in a dynamic environment. • Good English skills are mandatory, then Arabic or German would be advantageous.
