Job Description

•Main Objective: Plans, executes, controls, analyzes all issues related to Marketing & Business Development department in the all Iran regions in different industries related to all available products and new launch products under direct supervision of General Manager •Main Responsibilities: -Provide strong plan for introducing the companies to different industries, which can sell the products there and have high motivation to have regular weekly visit in order to execute the plan and provide leads -Provide the strategic plans of the market research and sales marketing & advertising to have an effective action in the market with the sales development & improvement -Provide marketing plan for sales team and monitor it by CRM and regular weekly meetings -Manage the tenders and support the sales team -Strong follow up for the leads and orders generate by his communicate with customers -Set marketing plans and annual targets for specific products and coordinate their achievement with the sales teams -Commitment to meet the deadline for related plans -Accountable for technical solution for customer -Establish and develop close relationships with KOL and leverage the relationship in order to come up with customized marketing activities designed for such accounts -Support the sales team in closing major sales deals -Play the role of the authority on market intelligence including market size, trends, markets shares, analysis of competitors' product offering for available and expanding business (including product features, pricing, support) -Benchmark the best practices in the market and implement the relative one -Prepare and maintain company's marketing calendar and action plans -Fully responsible for marketing budget -Develop comprehensive customer satisfaction system .Evaluate & Provide the actionable plan based on the customer satisfaction system outcomes -Cooperate with the sales manager & general manager with the presenting effective, creative plans for the proper launch of the new products and the stock products -Supervise and control the marketing planning, activities for timely & qualified target participation in related seminars, congresses and exhibitions as well as qualified and timely advertising goods preparation and delivery -Supervise on digital marketing and website activities -Utilize the psychology, new, creative, innovative advertising tools in order to support & developing the sales -Provide the improvement plans with the analytical, economical assessment for the management as aspect of the statistical & other information received related to the market, price -Effective communication with the other company's department for better performance & collaboration in developing the sales -Develop, execute, consolidate and present weekly, monthly and special analysis of the Country Marketing activities including any variations from Plan

Requirements

-At least 7 years' experience in related industries of power and utilities plus proven Management -Skill, Knowledge & abilities -Knowledge of industries related to power and utilities -Knowledge of e-marketing -Knowledge in Marketing & advertising planning -Knowledge in Market Segmentation -Knowledge of the Cost Management & control -Strong communication skill -High personal motivation and a sense of urgency -Multi-task handling is a must -Effective strategic planning Abilities -Strong Planning & Organizing & acting in timely target -High Flexibility to the changes & dynamic environment -Strong Follow up -Effective forecasting, budgeting skills -Goal oriented -Analytical & Creative Thinking -Professionalism, commitment to excellence / detail oriented -Job Requirements -High knowledge of the related customers -MBA in Marketing or related educational fields -Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, Ms Project, SPSS -Ability to travel within country and/or abroad -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 35 -Fluent in English
