Job Description

-Design and manage advertising strategies and policies, and to present and implement useful ideas to generate more profit and review advertising feedback -Planning, editing, managing and running advertising campaigns, budgeting and organizing events such as exhibitions, etc., and reporting campaign effectiveness and efficiency -Developing a product development strategy and providing useful solutions and suggestions from the point of view of sales and customers and the ability to assess the market need for prosperity and to review and implement their suggestions -Ability to identify potentials and provide distinct services -Researching and analyzing market trends, identifying and analyzing competitors (product, price, distribution and advertising), analyzing information and preparing relevant reports -Conceptual preparation and design of advertising content and writing of advertising scenarios -Identify target markets and formulate general and operational marketing strategies and sales and marketing related programs and manage their performance -Proficient in designing marketing and sales KPIs and identifying sales goals (monthly, seasonal and annual targets) and planning and presenting revenue strategies to achieve specified sales goals, as well as monitoring performance and reporting to management

Requirements

-Fluent in Marketing Research Principles and Concepts -Familiar with Business Plan and Strategic Plan -Fluent in preparation of seasonal, 6 month and yearly marketing plans and statistical analysis -Effective communication and planning to increase customers -Design and advertising management -Managing digital marketing programs -Customer Relationship Management -Management of market research affairs -Able to analyze sales reports -Proficient in advertising and cyberspace -Fluent in market research, market analysis, competitors and customers -Branding principles -Fluent in monitoring existing resources and planning their optimal use -Time and cost management -Ability to efficiently calculate the advertisements performed -Creative, ideological, critical thinking, persuasive, and socially aware of others' reactions to good social relationships -Regular and accurate, high tracking power, negotiating fluency, attention to detail, adaptability / flexibility -Proficient in communication, verbal, writing and organizational skills Learn about the latest technology changes -Comprehensiveness and ability to plan effectively to achieve goals in a timely manner -Work experience in foreign companies -Fluent in English -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
