Job Description
Objective of the role: Running marketing department and supervise operational and/or financial issues in offshore and onshore projects.
List of responsibilities:
A) Marketing:
- Monthly Revenue Reporting Segregated by location and service line
- Participate in WIRELINE and PERFORATION Tenders
- Participate in SLICKLINE Tenders
- Hold Client Service Quality Meetings
B). Finance:
- Maintain Field Margin
- Cost control of Material & Supply
- Control of Personnel Compensation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Submission of Company Annual General Meeting to Registrar
- Consolidate Purchasing Process from overseas
- Control and expedite Receivables
- Monthly Company P & L Reporting
- Cash Flow Management
- Store Inventory Consolidation & Reporting
- Yearly Financial Audit Report
C) Service Quality:
Control and monitor LT/J, JBF, RBMR, LBD, LQC of Logs
D) QHSE:
Maintain Quality, Health and safety procedures to ensure safe working environment
E) Training:
- Field Engineer Seminar
- Training Program for Field, Technical and non-Technical staff on timely manner
Reporting to: Managing Director.
Subordinates: HQ. office managers and experts, Base managers and Field Managers.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Standard working hours: Saturday till Wednesday 7:30 - 16:30 , but this position requites 24/7 full availability.
Travel requirements: Frequently to operational bases of the Company or other locations based on Company needs.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: To be negotiated in Job Interview. .
