Job Description

-Plan, design, develop, execute and implement marketing strategies and plans in line with company objectives, as well as pricing strategies in order to support the organization’s products’ market development -Define Brand and Product Launch, plan and implement specific market strategies through various and up to date media and Marketing Mix in order to correctly launch and position products and services in specific business sectors -Ensure marketing code of practice, launch campaign and advertising guidelines as well as corporate identity rules are communicated, respected and monitored -Lead and monitor the sales and marketing team’s activities as well training them -Search the latest market trends, carry out market competitor and customer surveys to monitor performance and evaluate budgeted campaigns and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

Requirements

-B.S. / M.S. /M.B.A. in Business, Marketing-related fields -At least 7 years of relevant marketing management experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Managerial position -Thorough experience, and complete understanding and knowledge on the principles of marketing analysis for the development of marketing strategies Strategic Management, Branding and Market Research, Sales, and Business Development principles and concepts, Trade and Digital Marketing skills
