Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, develop, execute and implement marketing strategies and plans in line with company objectives, as well as pricing strategies in order to support the organization’s products’ market development.
• Define Brand and Product Launch, plan and implement specific market strategies through various and up to date media and Marketing Mix in order to correctly launch and position products and services in specific business sectors.
• Design trade marketing and social & digital media strategy as well as buying strategies and control, provide reports of their effectiveness and take responsibility for implementation, operational and commercial control in markets.
• Ensure marketing code of practice, launch campaign and advertising guidelines as well as corporate identity rules are communicated, respected and monitored.
• Link and co-ordinate with Manager in particular Sales, Product Planning, to achieve an integrated and well accepted Marketing concept, Identify and implement marketing strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Lead and monitor the sales and marketing team’s activities as well training them.
• Search the latest market trends, carry out market competitor and customer surveys to monitor performance and evaluate budgeted campaigns and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
