•Managing the marketing team in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
•Trend analysis for new product and services of TalentCoach
•Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics.
•Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
•Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction.
•Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
•Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects for both TalentCoach.
•Identifying weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions through budgetary ideas
•Organizing trade shows, events, client forums, webinars, advertising, and/or email campaigns to drive awareness and new business
