Job Description

•Managing the marketing team in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs. •Trend analysis for new product and services of IranTalent •Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics. •Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts •Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction. •Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies •Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects for both IranTalent and new products. •Identifying weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions through budgetary ideas •Organizing trade shows, events, client forums, webinars, advertising, and/or email campaigns to drive awareness and new business

Requirements

•5+ years of working experience as a marketing manager •Bachelors/Master degree in marketing, business or strategy •In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts is compulsory •Professional knowledge of marketing platforms including Google AdWords and Google Analytics •Hands-on experience on managing marketing campaigns both online and offline •Familiar with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in every related aspects. •Excellent negotiation skills •Professional trend analysis skills •Budget management and allocation •Proven marketing experience for a B2B audience and ability to deliver strong, measurable results •In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts •Must be fluent in both written and oral English language
