Job Description

- Continuous market monitoring, sales statistics and market research results analysis. - Defining improvement projects and marketing programs based on the results. - Providing and implementing a marketing plan (including promotional campaigns and ongoing marketing activities) with respect to brand strategies. - Establishing appropriate communication and close cooperation with all units including R&D, production, sales, distribution, quality control and ... for the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan. - Helping to define new products based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market - Providing and implementing the launch of new products plan - Control the marketing budget and prepare the required reports - Working closely with the Trade Marketing team to provide and propose price, incentives and discounts plans

Requirements

- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing - Strong communication skills - Responsible, creative and persevering - Education: MBA graduated at foreign or local high ranked universities - Age: 28 to 40 years old
