Job Description
•Main Objective:
-Responsible to develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of designated Brand & Products portfolio
-Encompassing both existing and new product development by proactively planning, developing, implementing structured, coordinated, strategic and tactical plans in line with company’s overall goals and objectives through Brand Building, Consumer/Shopper Insight, Innovation
-Renovation, Cost Optimization, Superior Product Profile, Advertising (Offline and Online), Media Investments, & Channel and Category Development
-Accountable to achieve company targets in terms of market share, volume and profit growth. Identifies new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches
•Main Responsibilities:
-Develop, execute, monitor and measure product development projects and brand marketing strategies across all products
-Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth
-Development of Branding plan which identifies and defines the current and future positioning
-Manage the development of all communication for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer activity
-Effective use of PR to build brand awareness
-The creation and development of the digital marketing strategy including analytics and user experience; social media; search engine marketing and web management
-Work with our Sales team to provide sales and marketing support including preparation of selling tools
-P&L responsibility, marketing budget, planning and management
