Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced marketing manager who is passionate to develop and execute Daric’s strategy for marketing its DaricPay solution. DaricPay stands at the intersection of tourism and payment industries, and it also requires both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. The marketing manager should have professional experience in tourism industry, and be eager and talented enough to master the payment industry as well. Having a creative mindset, and being eager to communicate with other team members effectively, are also crucial. Job Responsibilities: - Develop partnership with third parties to channel Daric product to the right target market segments; - Defining and leading market research strategies for understanding customer needs; - Defining and executing brand awareness strategies; - Leading digital marketing strategies and scenarios with support from a marketing specialist, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, online advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social marketing, etc.; - Defining and leading traditional (non-digital) marketing strategies and scenarios; - Defining and monitoring marketing KPIs; - Defining and examining pricing strategies; - Active involvement in UX/UI design based on market needs. Salary: 35,000,000 – 55,000,000 IRR based on the experience and quality.

Requirements

- English language proficiency (both verbal and oral); - Extensive experience in international tourism industry, minimum of 3 years; - Ability to cope with the highly dynamic start-up working environment; - Business and partnership development experience along with negotiation expertise; - Ability to manage a small team, vendors and marketing projects (digital and traditional).
