Job Description

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes - Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members - Design and manage advertising strategies and policies, and to present and implement useful ideas to generate more profit and review advertising feedback - Conceptual preparation and design of advertising content and writing of advertising scenarios - Identify target markets and formulate general and operational marketing strategies and sales and marketing related programs and manage their performance - Proficient in designing marketing and sales KPIs and identifying sales goals (monthly, seasonal and annual targets) and planning and presenting revenue strategies to achieve specified goals, as well as monitoring performance and reporting to management

Requirements

Experience - 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising Working - Experienced in building and leading digital marketing team Education - BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Knowledge and skills - In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts - Knowledge of digital tools (Google analytics, firebase, Google Ads, etc.) - Proven working experience in digital marketing and Budget management and allocation - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/ASO, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Attitude - Teamwork - Creative and Innovative - Pressure tolerant - Enthusiasm - Determination and perseverance - Aware of media trends - Logical thinker Problem Solving
