Job Description

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends. • Prepare research reports. • Analyze consumer trends. • Conduct surveys in organizations. • Establish business management methods. • Measure effectiveness of business strategies or practices. • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.). • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.). • Identify the underly principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically, and translate complex findings into written text. • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buy habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies collaborate with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. • Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. • Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales. • Serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a marketing specialist or similar role. • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools. • At least a BS degree in related fields. • Intermediate English. • Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills. • Ability to Travel. • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. • Marketing knowledge. • Branding experience is preferred. • Telecom industry understanding. • Familiar with Telecom fields. • Customer management knowledge.
