• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Prepare research reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.).
• Identify the underly principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically, and translate complex findings into written text.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buy habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies collaborate with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
• Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales.
• Serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
