Job Description

• Perform marketing procedures. • Sourcing for the requested goods . • Receiving Invoices from customers & analyzing price , weight , volume & other important species of the goods . • Calculating shipment & custom expenditures . • Announcing the costs of orders to the customers . • Taking orders from customers . • Review requisition orders to verify accuracy and specifications. • Arrange shipments & custom clearance procedures . • Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting shipment s and custom ( Specially for small parcels & samples ) . • Respond to customer inquiries about order status, changes , ……. • Monitoring operation procedures. • Attending International/Domestic trade exhibitions. • Perform all duties as assigned and required in accordance with the instruction within the marketing , shipment s and custom policies ( Specially for small parcels & samples ) .

Requirements

•Gender : Male Only • Preferably bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or similar fields of study ) • At least 4 years' experience as a marketing -commercial expert. • Excellent public relations & good command of business negotiations. • Good Knowledge of English & Advanced in Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws, Incoterms, shipment & Custom Regulations. • Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 years Note: The First Job Interview, will be held ONLINE.
