Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business Researching and reporting on external opportunities Understanding current and potential customers Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) Developing the marketing strategy and plan Managing budgets Making customer focused decisions Plan marketing and branding objectives Expand product solutions and offerings Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing material Design print ads and publications Gather and analyze customer insight Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Bachelor's degree Strong communication Goal-oriented Flexible Creative under pressure Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms Internet and computer skills Fluent in English (spoken, written and …) Gender: Female/Male Ideal age range: 25-45
