Job Description

• Provide consulting for marketers in planning, implementation and assessment of promotional campaigns and general brand strategy. • Synchronize integrated multichannel marketing methodology development, support marketing in this strategy implementation and in activation of new marketing channels. • Assess and improve marketers’ knowledge and skills by trainings and one-on-one coaching with external advisors, when needed. • Be a strategic advisor to the marketing team, providing ongoing support to elevate brand and creative strategy and challenge traditional thinking around the category and consumers. • Lead the marketing excellence program, tools and templates to create a consistent and cohesive way of marketing within Pharma Operations. • Drive cross-functional projects to create business cases, facilitate workshops, analyze data, and create models in Excel and present results. • Build brand plan and articulate strategic imperatives to deliver brand including: Key brand messages and communication strategy for each important stakeholder (e.g. physicians, patients, pharmacists, and KOLs). • Customize interaction mix for key customers given brand objectives. • Set clear targets for brands that measure both volume and brand equity performance (Brand Scorecard). • Understand impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectives. • Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is consistent with brand promise.

Requirements

• At least in Bachelors or Master degree in Science, Marketing Management, Economics or Business. • At least 8-10 years relevant work experience in the FMCG/Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industry, including experience in business development, strategy and project management. Prior consulting experience will be a plus. • Experience working in an MNC environment; and the ability to deal cross culturally across markets. • Excellent leadership, influencing & communication skills and the ability to lead intercultural, cross-functional team members to achieve the strategic goals. • Strong focus on goal / results achievement plus the ability to generate cohesive support within a matrix reporting environment. • Strategic thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills and high presentation skill. • Ability to embrace change and work in a dynamic environment. • Passionate for developing people. • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
