Job Description
•Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales
•Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
•Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics
•Trend analysis for new product
•Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
•Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction
•Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects for new products.
•Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop high impact local campaigns through innovative channels
•Identify and prioritize brand marketing campaigns to drive success of new initiatives.
•Work on acquisition marketing to improve brand metrics and usage intent in the region.
