Brief Description: • We are looking for a marketing analyst with a razor-sharp attention to detail, broad knowledge of statistics, mathematics and analytics, and an almost obsessive commitment to thoroughness. • Marketing analysts can expect to work with vast amounts of written and numerical information about market trends, volume of sales, customer experience, and competitors’ activities. • Their responsibilities include gathering data, writing detailed reports on findings, identifying new markets, and advising upper-management on tactics. • Marketing Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data. • They should be enthusiast and capable of extracting information and knowledge through data gathered by search, analytical tools and another sources of data. Job Description and Responsibilities for “Marketing Data Analyst”: • Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it. • Reporting to marketing managers and coordinators in a regular basis. • Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones. • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent. • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns. • Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales. • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement. • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates and etc.). • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns. • Conduct competitive research and analyze bench marking data. • Recommend website and campaign optimizations. • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition. • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc.). • Designing market surveys. • Communicating with customers, competitors and suppliers. • Design specific research methods such as questionnaires. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, marketing etc. • 2+ years' experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role. • Additional related short courses beneficial. • Proven data interpretation skills. • Expertise in Google Analytics • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices • Experience with PPC campaigns • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Search, Data Gathering and competitor analysis. • Analytical abilities • Highly organized and detail oriented.
